At Lifestyle Hair Lounge, we don't just rent chairs — we build careers. Our shop is founded by 20-year master veteran Rich Tousett ("2setfadez") and business leader Cliff S. ("Mic Blade").

We provide a professional, mature, high-volume environment where ambitious barbers receive direct master mentorship, platform exposure, and automated client retention support.

1. Education & Schooling

Enroll in an accredited program approved by the state board. Focus on fundamental sanitation, blade control, and taper geometry.

2. Licensing & Hours

Complete required state training hours (typically 900–1,200 hours in NJ) and pass the practical state board exam to earn your official license.

3. Shop Apprenticeship

Join a mature lounge floor as an apprentice. Shadow master barbers daily, master razor linings, and build your personal client book under expert guidance.
